AnnaLynne McCord Pictures: AnnaLynne McCord leaves the Westside Theatre where she's performing in the production "Love, Loss, and What I Wore" on May 29, 2011 in New York City.
Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron's intimate collection of vignettes and monologues is based on the best-selling book of the same name by Ilene Beckerman, as well as on the recollections of the Ephrons' friends. Like the book, this funny and poignant theatrical event uses clothing and accessories and the memories they trigger to tell stories that all women can relate to. "The Vagina Monologues without the vaginas," is how the Ephrons describe "Love, Loss, and I Wore," while syndicated columnist Liz Smith simply raves, "This is an evening that goes directly to the heart, soul and vanity of every woman, young or old." Directed by Karen Carpenter, the production features different (5-member) all-star casts who perform the piece in multi-week cycles.
