LONDON – Prince William and Kate Middleton will travel to northern England next month for an engagement, their last official trip before their April 29 wedding.
Palace officials say Monday the couple will go to Lancashire on April 11 to open a community academy and launch an award for young people named after the prince.
They will then visit nearby Witton Country Park, as part of William’s role as patron of a scheme to protect outdoor recreational spaces.
The couple have recently traveled to Anglesey in North Wales, visited their former university St. Andrews in Scotland and flown to Belfast, Northern Ireland.
