MIAMI – Sean Kingston has given fans a health update following his jet ski accident last month in Miami Beach.
On his Twitter page Monday, the 21-year-old star wrote: "Feeling alot better! GOD IS GREAT! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you ALL!"
The "Beautiful Girls" singer also posted a picture of himself flashing a peace sign while in the hospital.
Kingston has been hospitalized ever since the May 29 crash, in which he struck a Miami Beach bridge.
He walked on his own for the first time since the accident on June 6, his publicist, Joseph Carozza, previously revealed.
