This year's event boasted the likes of Ke$ha, Pitbull with Jennifer Lopez, Selena Gomez, Lupe Fiasco, T-Pain, Jason Derulo, Far East Movement, Matthew Morrison, New Boyz, Cobra Starship and Cody Simpson. The event also featured a guest appearance by Britney Spears.

Eminem, who opened this year's VMAs with a triumphant performance, walked away with two statues for best male video and best hip-hop video. Chelsea Handler hosted the 2010 Video Music Awards ceremony.
