Adrienne BailonHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Singer Adrienne Bailon is planning to take legal action after semi-nude photos of the Cheetah Girl managed to surface online.

In the photos, the Disney star is seen naked from the waist down wearing just a brassiere.

"It's not a scenario where she purposedly leaked the photos for attention," her rep told the New York Daily News on Monday. "We're pursuing legal action."
