The television personality and his girlfriend, Siri Pinter, have welcomed a baby boy, Daly's rep confirmed Monday to People.
The couple's first child, Jackson James Daly, was born Sunday night, weighing in at 7 lbs., 8 oz.
"They have a happy and healthy baby boy," Daly's rep told the mag, while describing the proud parents as "ecstatic."

The host of "Last Call With Carson Daly" is expecting his first child with girlfriend Siri Pinter, his rep confirmed to People.
"Carson is thrilled to be a father and they are looking forward to an extra special Thanksgiving this year with family and friends," Daly's publicist tells the magazine.
HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - Carson Daly said that he was given an ultimatum, which is why he decided to write his own material and continue on with "Last Call With Carson Daly."
"An ultimatum was put in front of me [by NBC execs]," explained Daly. "It was, 'Put a new show on December 3 or 75 people are fired. What's your answer? ' "
