The 39-year-old "Boston Legal" star and her husband, Scott Phillips, are expecting twins, her rep tells People.

It will be the second and third babies for the couple, who first announced the pregnancy last November.

The couple welcomed their first child, son Oliver, on April 10, 2007.

Julie Bowen with son OliverHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Actress Julie Bowen is pregnant again, People has confirmed.

"She's thrilled," a rep for the "Boston Legal" star tells the magazine.

It will be the second child for the 38-year-old Bowen and her husband, Scott Phillips, who is a real estate investor.

The couple welcomed their first child, son Oliver, on April 10, 2007.

Bowen and Phillips have been married since Sept. 9, 2004.
