LOS ANGELES — Megan Fox can do without the kitchen unless she's cooking for boyfriend Brian Austin Green's 8-year-old son, Kassius.
"[He's] the only person I enjoy cooking for," the 24-year-old actress tells Allure magazine for its June issue. "I like arranging it on his little plate.... I like cooking for kids, for some reason."
Fox met Green in 2004 when she was starring on Hope & Faith and he appeared as a guest star. "After we were done shooting that day, Brian gave his number out to everyone," Fox jokingly remembers. "So I called him."
The two have dated off and on ever since, but Fox insists she could be perfectly content living on her own.
"I could go days, weeks without talking to another human being," she says. "I could probably go months and be perfectly satisfied. Easily. It's the opposite of being needy, but at the same time, I don't know if I would want to be in a relationship with someone who required as much alone time as I require."
One crowd Fox could certainly live without is the media, which has made her life difficult since her fame skyrocketed in Transformers.
"I was really open when I first started," she explains. "Trying to be lighthearted and have a sense of humor and engage in some sort of satire sometimes. It did backfire to a certain extent, and it became too exhausting. I still have the same sense of humor, but I have no desire to express it, really, anymore, because I've always been fu--ed for doing so."
Fox's privacy was also compromised in the past when someone leaked a topless photo of her taken on a cell phone, a maneuver she didn't take lightly.
"If I knew who took this picture, I would personally cause them harm—physical harm," says Fox. "I'm not a fu--ing reality-TV star that wants my picture taken all the time."
