Megan Fox Talks Lack of Wedding Plans, Dismisses Lost Engagement Ring Reports

"Four years in the making," the 24-year-old actress told Access Hollywood at the Thursday night premiere of her new film Jonah Hex, which opens today. "I'll take the congratulations now."

Green, 36, reportedly popped the question on June 1 while the couple was vacationing at the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort in Hawaii. Fox dismissed reports that she lost the engagement ring in the midst of celebrating.

"That's all gossip and I don't know where it's from," she told Access.

The bride-to-be also confessed that plans for her big day have yet to begin.

Said Fox: "I haven't thought about [if the wedding will be big or small] at all."

Fox and Green started dating in 2004. They called off their first engagement in February 2009.
