HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are expecting twins!
The superstar couple will welcome twin girls through a surrogate pregnancy this summer, their reps revealed Tuesday in a statement to The Associated Press.
"The entire family is overjoyed," the statement said.
Broderick, 47, and Parker, 44, tied the knot in a Manhattan civil ceremony on May 19, 1997. They are already proud parents to a 6-year-old son named James Wilkie.
The couple stepped out Monday night for the premiere of Broderick's new film, "Wonderful World," at the ongoing Tribeca Film Festival. At the screening, Parker revealed that her on-screen husband, Chris Noth, would be returning for the "Sex and the City" movie sequel, which is due to arrive in theaters on May 28, 2010.
