Brandon Marshall Practice Video, Receiver Suspended

DENVER — The Denver Broncos have suspended Brandon Marshall for the rest of the preseason after a practice video showed the disgruntled wide receiver in several acts of insubordinatio.

“The Denver Broncos have suspended wide receiver Brandon Marshall for conduct detrimental to the club,” read a statement Friday on the NFL club’s official Web site.

In the video aired by local Denver affiliate KMGH-TV, Marshall was shown walking when the rest of the team was running during warmups at Wednesday’s practice. He is also seen punting a ball away instead of handing it to a ball boy, in addition to swatting passes away instead of catching them.

“I think everybody knows there’s a lot of stuff built up there, and me handling it that way wasn’t good,” Marshall told ESPN of the practice video.
