Tila TequilaHOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Tila Tequila apparently doesn't plan to go away quietly.

The MTV star has intentions of suing Shawne Merriman, a revelation that came soon after the San Diego District Attorney's office announced Friday that charges will not be filed against the NFL star following an early-morning altercation with Tequila last weekend.
