LOS ANGELES — Britney Spears has obtained new restraining orders against her former manager, Sam Lutfi, and ex-boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, according to People.
The magazine says papers were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday against the pair, as well as against lawyer Jon Eardley. They were filed by the singer's co-conservators, Spears' father, Jamie, and family attorney Andrew Wallet, who became permanent conservators over her affairs last October.
In the court papers, Spears and Wallet allege that the men "are now working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship with utter disregard for Ms. Spears's health and well being."
The restraining orders forbid Lutfi, 34, and Ghalib, 36, from contacting the Spears or coming within 250 yards of her, her property or family members, according to court papers.
Spears had a previous restraining order against Lutfi, who has been portrayed by the media as someone who played a major role in her downfall and two hospitalizations early last year.
A court hearing to discuss the matter has been scheduled for Feb. 23.
The 27-year-old Spears is currently busy rehearsing for her upcoming "Circus" concert tour.
